Axis Equipment

Our system works with the AXIS S22 series video server.

We typically use AXIS P-series cameras, such as the AXIS P1455-LE or the AXIS P3268-LV.
‍
To record audio, we add external microphones, such as the AXIS T8355.

Live streaming from multiple cameras

To live stream from multiple cameras, we recommend a software called CamSwitcher. Note that CamSwitcher only works with AXIS cameras.

If you would like to add a manually operated camera in addition to the permanently installed ones, e.g., during tournament broadcast, a simple solution would be to mount an IP camera on a tripod.

Live Scoring & Live commentary

We will be implementing live scoring for college tennis matches in mid-March 2023.

The cost of adding live scoring is $329 per camera. This includes software license and setup.

Live commentary can be performed by speaking directly into the AXIS external microphone.
